By making a booking you agree to our terms and conditions and cancellation policy

Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early so that all appropriate consultation forms may be filled out by you. If you are running late, please phone us to let us know. We reserve the right to cut short or reschedule your appointment.

No shows and last minute cancellations can be devastating to our small business.  We understand that emergencies can happen and that sometimes time isn’t on our side.  For this reason, we require an industry standard booking deposit of 50% fee, to lock in your visit with us.  This deposit is kept on file and comes off your service total at the time of checkout.

We kindly ask that should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment that you notify us no later than 48 hours prior.  Cancellations or rescheduling withing 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of your total booking fee.

A confirmation email will be sent to you upon booking your appointment with us.  Furthermore a SMS reminder will be sent out to you 1 day prior to your appointment with us.  In this SMS reminder you will be asked to confirm your appointment, by clicking the link, or if you require to cancel you may do so here.  Please do not reply or SMS this number as it is an automated service from our booking software and we are unable to view any response other than confirmation/rescheduling via the link.  Upon confirmation via this SMS you agree to the 50% terms booking fee.

Any No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost as we are unable to utilise this time at last minute for another booking.  Cancellations within 5 hours will be considered ‘no show’

Promotional vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers, discounts or sales.
